1 Vidalia onion, chopped | ||
1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and chopped | ||
1 c. grape tomatoes | ||
1 ½ c. fat-free sun-dried tomato vinaigrette |
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Rinse with cold water and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine onion, bell pepper, tomatoes and salad dressing. Add pasta and stir to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate until serving.
