You might be tempted to eat this with a spoon, it's that good. And it's not just for salad. Use it to dip bread, drizzle on chicken, toss with pasta, or stir into rice.

Directions
- Place oil, tomatoes, vinegar, basil, honey and mustard in a screw-top jar. Cover and shake well. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days. Let stand at room temperature and shake before using.
