    2 Hy-Vee flour tortillas for tacos and wraps
    ½ c. mashed avocado
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee chunky salsa
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Lightly butter 2 tortillas. Place 1 tortilla buttered-side-down on greased baking sheet.
    3. Cover with mashed avocado, chunky salsa and cheese. Top with second tortilla, buttered-side-up.
    4. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until sandwich is golden brown and puffy. Cut into small squares and serve hot.
