Tortilla Cocktail Sandwiches

2 Hy-Vee flour tortillas for tacos and wraps | ||
½ c. mashed avocado | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee chunky salsa | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly butter 2 tortillas. Place 1 tortilla buttered-side-down on greased baking sheet.
- Cover with mashed avocado, chunky salsa and cheese. Top with second tortilla, buttered-side-up.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until sandwich is golden brown and puffy. Cut into small squares and serve hot.
