Tossed Fruit Salad with Margarita Dressing

1 (20 oz) can Hy-Vee pineapple chunks, drained | ||
2 medium bananas, sliced | ||
1 c. frozen unsweetened pitted dark sweet cherries, thawed and patted dry | ||
½ c. Almond Accents butter toffee-glazed almond slices | ||
1 medium orange, peeled, sectioned and halved | ||
2 c. cubed cantaloupe | ||
⅔ c. light sour cream | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee orange juice concentrate, thawed | ||
1 lime, juiced |
Directions
- In a large salad bowl, combine pineapple, bananas, cherries, almonds, orange and cantaloupe.
- In a medium bowl, stir together sour cream, honey, orange juice concentrate and lime juice.
- Just prior to serving, toss fruit with sour cream mixture.
