Directions
Place unwrapped caramels and milk in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2½ minutes or until caramels are melted, stirring occasionally.
Dip 4 apples, one at a time, into hot caramel mixture; turn to coat and place on prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate 1 hour or until caramel is set. Poke holes into apples with a skewer. Use toothpicks to insert gummy worm pieces into holes. Using canned frosting, attach candy eyeballs to the worms. Display with chocolate wafer crumbs to resemble dirt.
