1 ½ lbs. lean boneless pork chops, cut into 24 (1-1/2-inch) pieces | ||
2 red bell peppers, seeded and cut into 24 (1-1/2-inch) pieces | ||
24 Hy-Vee pineapple chunks (from a 20-ounce can) | ||
3 tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee white vinegar | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee yellow mustard |
Directions
- Thread pork, peppers and pineapple chunks alternately on each of 8 skewers.
- In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, vinegar, olive oil and mustard. Brush evenly over kabobs.
- Broil under HIGH heat for 5 minutes. Turn and broil another 5 minutes or until pork reaches 145 degrees.
