Directions
For Blue Freezer Cocktails: Add ice, vodka, blue curacao and pineapple juice to a large blender. Blend until smooth. Pour cocktail into a large resealable plastic bag. Freeze until ready to serve.
Remove cocktails from freezer. Gently massage bag to break up any large pieces. Run a pineapple wedge along the rims of large margarita glasses; immediately dip in red sanding sugar; set aside.
Cut one edge of the resealable plastic bag and pipe White Freezer Cocktail, Blue Freezer Cocktail or a combination of the two, into prepared glasses. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, if desired. Serve immediately.
