1 lbs. (26-to-30-ct.) raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tails removed | ||
⅓ c. Culinary Tours tequila, lime, habanero BBQ sauce | ||

Directions
In a medium bowl, combine mango, red onion, avocado, cilantro, red cabbage, and lime juice, set aside.
In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lime zest, and lime juice, set aside.
Place shrimp on 4 large metal skewers. Place shrimp on preheated grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, occasionally brushing with barbecue sauce. Once shrimp are opaque, remove from grill and set aside.
Place flour tortillas on a clean work surface, layer with mango slaw, shrimp, and drizzle with lime crema, and if desired, cilantro.
