    ½ large avocado, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped
    ¼ c. fresh cilantro, chopped, plus additional for garnish
    1 c. red cabbage, shredded
    1 (5.3-oz) container Hy-Vee plain Greek yogurt
    ½ tsp. lime zest
    1 tbsp. lime juice
    1 lbs. (26-to-30-ct.) raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tails removed
    ⅓ c. Culinary Tours tequila, lime, habanero BBQ sauce
    8 (6-inch) flour tortillas

    Directions

    1. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct grilling over medium heat.

    2. In a medium bowl, combine mango, red onion, avocado, cilantro, red cabbage, and lime juice, set aside.

    3. In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lime zest, and lime juice, set aside.

    4. Place shrimp on 4 large metal skewers. Place shrimp on preheated grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, occasionally brushing with barbecue sauce. Once shrimp are opaque, remove from grill and set aside.

    5. Place flour tortillas on a clean work surface, layer with mango slaw, shrimp, and drizzle with lime crema, and if desired, cilantro.
