    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee mayonnaise
    2 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee mustard
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee sweet pickle relish
    8 Hy-Vee bakery rolls

    Directions

    1. Combine turkey, celery and green onion in a medium bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, eggs, lemon juice, mustard and pickle relish. Divide among rolls.
