    4 (8 inch) Hy-Vee flour tortillas
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee reduced-fat cream cheese, divided
    ¼ c. leftover cranberry sauce, divided
    1 c. diced leftover turkey, divided
    ½ c. shredded Swiss cheese, divided
    ¼ c. diced green onion, divided

    Directions

    1. Spread 1 tortilla with 1 tablespoon cream cheese and 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce.
    2. Place tortilla on greased skillet over medium-high heat. Top with 1/4 cup turkey, 2 tablespoons shredded cheese and 1 tablespoon green onion.
    3. Once cheese begins to melt, fold tortilla in half and cook until desired crispness, turning once.
    4. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
    5. Cut quesadillas into wedges and serve warm.
