Turkey Swiss Quesadillas

¼ c. Hy-Vee reduced-fat cream cheese, divided | ||
¼ c. leftover cranberry sauce, divided | ||
1 c. diced leftover turkey, divided | ||
½ c. shredded Swiss cheese, divided | ||
¼ c. diced green onion, divided |
Directions
- Spread 1 tortilla with 1 tablespoon cream cheese and 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce.
- Place tortilla on greased skillet over medium-high heat. Top with 1/4 cup turkey, 2 tablespoons shredded cheese and 1 tablespoon green onion.
- Once cheese begins to melt, fold tortilla in half and cook until desired crispness, turning once.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Cut quesadillas into wedges and serve warm.
