    1 lbs. ground turkey
    1 can(s) beef broth
    4 tsp. tapioca
    1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
    ½ c. water
    2 c. chopped peeled carrots
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped peeled potatoes

    Directions

    1. Mix turkey and beef broth together. Form into 16 meatballs.
    2. Mix tapioca, tomato sauce and water together. Combine with carrots, celery, onion and potatoes in 9-by-13-inch casserole dish.
    3. Place meatballs on top. Cover dish with aluminum foil.
    4. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until vegetables are done.
