2 medium yellow onions, sliced thinly | ||
¾ tsp. turmeric | ||
4 c. broccoli florets | ||
1 medium zucchini, peeled and sliced | ||
3 c. sliced fresh mushrooms | ||
¾ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper | ||
⅓ c. water | ||
1 (6 oz) pkg Tyson grilled chicken strips |
Directions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook onions in oil until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in turmeric to coat onions.
- Add broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms, salt, pepper and water. Simmer covered over medium heat until broccoli is tender, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in chicken and cook till heated through.
