    1 lbs. lean ground beef, browned
    1 (1.25 oz) package Hy-Vee taco seasoning
    2 (10 oz each) cans Hy-Vee diced tomatoes with chilies, undrained*
    1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (15.25 oz) can Hy-Vee corn, undrained
    2 c. water

    Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven. Bring to a boil over high heat.
    2. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes before serving.
    3. *For a less spicy soup, use regular diced tomatoes in place of the diced tomatoes with chilies.
