1 (1.25 oz) package Hy-Vee taco seasoning | ||
2 (10 oz each) cans Hy-Vee diced tomatoes with chilies, undrained* | ||
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee black beans, drained and rinsed | ||
1 (15.25 oz) can Hy-Vee corn, undrained | ||
2 c. water |
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven. Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes before serving.
- *For a less spicy soup, use regular diced tomatoes in place of the diced tomatoes with chilies.
