¼ c. Miracle Whip salad dressing | ||

4 slice(s) bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled |

Directions
- Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out insides of potato, leaving an 1/8-inch shell.
- Combine scooped-out potato, 1 cup cheese, Miracle Whip, milk, egg, salt and pepper. Beat until fluffy. Fill scooped-out shells.
Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese, green onions and crumbled bacon.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
