Two-Cheese Hamburgers

1 tbsp. finely chopped onion | ||
1 can(s) Hy-Vee cream of mushroom soup | ||
10 slice(s) American cheese slices | ||
¾ c. shredded Mozzarella cheese | ||
salt and pepper, to taste | ||
1 packet(s) Hy-Vee hamburger buns |
Directions
- Brown meat in a medium saucepan. Add onion when meat is half-way browned. Drain grease.
- Add mushroom soup, then American cheese slices and then the mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Heat through.
- Open buns on serving plates and spoon hamburger mixture onto bun halves.
