    3 lbs. lean ground round
    1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 can(s) Hy-Vee cream of mushroom soup
    10 slice(s) American cheese slices
    ¾ c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    salt and pepper, to taste
    1 packet(s) Hy-Vee hamburger buns

    Directions

    1. Brown meat in a medium saucepan. Add onion when meat is half-way browned. Drain grease.
    2. Add mushroom soup, then American cheese slices and then the mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Heat through.
    3. Open buns on serving plates and spoon hamburger mixture onto bun halves.
