Description
This burger has not one, but two patties separated by slices of melted blue cheese. It's then topped with a zesty sweet-sour slaw made with Hy-Vee coleslaw mix.

8 Hy-Vee Bakery hamburger buns, split | ||
2 tsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, melted | ||
8 large Bibb lettuce leaves | ||
8 oz. blue cheese, thinly sliced | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee K.C. Kiss Hickory House BBQ Sauce | ||
Red onion, sliced, for garnish |

Directions
- Combine beef, crumbled cheese, horseradish and rub in a bowl; mix well. Shape mixture into eight 1/2-inch-thick patties. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. Grill patties for 8 to 10 minutes or until done (165 degrees), turning once. Let patties rest 5 minutes. Brush cut sides of buns with butter and place on grill. Grill for 2 minutes or until toasted.
- Assemble burgers. For each burger, place lettuce and burger patty on bun bottom, top burger patty with sliced cheese and BBQ sauce. Spoon 3/4 cup Sweet-Sour Coleslaw on top; add bun top.
