    1 c. uncooked Hy-Vee old-fashioned oats
    1 (8 oz) container vanilla pear low-fat yogurt
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee margarine, melted
    4 Hy-Vee eggs
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla
    1 c. Hy-Vee brown sugar
    1 c. Hy-Vee flour
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee baking powder
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee cinnamon

    Directions

    1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together oats and yogurt. Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla and brown sugar. Mix well.
    2. In a medium mixing bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
    3. Add the dry ingredients to the oat mixture and stir until combined.
    4. Divide batter among 16 nonstick or lightly greased muffin cups.
    5. Bake at 375 degrees for 22 minutes, until golden and center tests done.
    6. Remove from pan immediately.
