Directions
- Stir sugar and cornstarch together in medium saucepan. Whisk in soymilk.
- Cook, stirring, over moderate heat until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
- Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and pour into 3 individual serving dishes. Chill well before serving.
