Vegetable Beef Soup 1

3 ½ qt. water | ||
3 tbsp. seasoned salt | ||
2 c. stewed tomatoes | ||
2 c. peeled diced carrots | ||
2 c. chopped cabbage | ||
2 c. peeled diced potatoes | ||
½ c. barley |
Directions
- Boil beef, onion and celery in water for 1 hour.
- Add seasoned salt, tomatoes and carrots. Boil 20 minutes.
- Add cabbage. Boil 20 minutes.
- Add potatoes and barley. Boil 20 minutes.
