1 (8 oz) tube Hy-Vee refrigerated crescent rolls | ||
1 (8 oz) tub Hy-Vee garden vegetable cream cheese | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee salad dressing | ||
½ c. chopped baby carrots | ||
½ c. sliced celery | ||
½ c. chopped broccoli | ||
1 c. small cauliflower florets | ||
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Unroll tube of crescent roll dough. Separate into 2 long rectangles. Place in an ungreased 9-by-13-inch baking pan. Press seams together to form a crust. Bake 10 minutes or until golden. Let cool.
- Meanwhile, mix cream cheese and salad dressing with an electric mixer until smooth. Spread evenly over cooled crust.
- Top with vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.
