1 (14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee light red kidney beans
1 (8 oz) can Hy-Vee tomato sauce
1 (16 oz) can Hy-Vee fat-free refried beans
1 c. chopped yellow onion
½ c. chopped green pepper
⅛ tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder
2 tsp. Hy-Vee chili powder
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper
12 oz. Boca crumbles original burger

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except the Boca crumbles. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  2. Stir in Boca crumbles. Simmer for 3 more minutes.
