Hy-Vee all-purpose flour | ||
1 (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza crust dough | ||
5 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, cut up | ||
½ c. fresh or frozen broccoli florets, steamed | ||
3 roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped | ||
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese |

- Pizza cutter or sharp knife
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F. Line baking sheet with foil; lightly coat foil with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Unroll pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut into four squares, using a pizza cutter or sharp baking knife. Place one-fourth of the cheese, broccoli, and tomatoes on half of each square. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Fold unfilled half of each dough square over filling; press edges with the tines of a fork to seal. Place calzones on prepared baking sheet. Prick tops with a fork. Spray with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
