1 (12 oz) bag Hy-Vee Steam Quick broccoli florets, cooked according to package directions and cooled
½ yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
½ c. sliced fresh mushrooms
¼ c. chopped red onion
⅓ c. fat-free Italian salad dressing
½ c. Hy-Vee original hummus
4 Hy-Vee wheat tortillas

Directions

  1. Combine cooled broccoli, bell pepper, mushrooms, red onion and salad dressing in a bowl. Stir well.
  2. Spread 2 tablespoons hummus on each tortilla. Divide broccoli mixture between tortillas and roll up to serve.
