1 packet(s) (1 oz) Taco Bell® Taco Seasoning Mix | ||
¾ c. Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cream | ||
¾ c. Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided | ||
¾ c. Taco Bell® Thick and Chunky Salsa | ||
½ c. coarsely crushed tortilla chips |
Directions
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Prepare Macaroni as directed on package. Meanwhile, cook meat with taco seasoning as directed on package.
- Stir sour cream into prepared Macaroni. Spoon half into 8-inch square baking dish; top with layers of meat mixture, half of the cheddar cheese, and the remaining Macaroni mixture.
- Cover and bake for 15 minutes. Top with salsa, remaining cheddar cheese and crushed tortilla chips; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes.
