1 tbsp. onion powder
1 (12-oz.) pkg. Velveeta Shells & Cheese Dinner
¼ c. sour cream
1 large tomato, chopped
¼ c. sliced green onions

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat; drain. Return ground beef to skillet.

  2. Add milk, ketchup, mustard and onion powder; mix well. Bring to a boil. Stir in shell pasta; return to boil. Cover; simmer over medium-low heat 10 min. or until pasta is tender.

  3. Stir in cheese sauce and sour cream until blended. Add tomato and green onion; mix well.
