1 c. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese |
Directions
- Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Add tomatoes and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta and drain.
- Toss pasta with sauce.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
