    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    2 clove(s) garlic, minced
    2 (14.5 oz each) each Hy-Vee diced tomatoes, undrained
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee pepper
    1 (12 oz) package Hy-Vee vermicelli, uncooked
    1 c. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    2. Add tomatoes and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
    3. Meanwhile, cook pasta and drain.
    4. Toss pasta with sauce.
    5. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
