    1 c. Hy-Vee sour cream
    6 oz. deli corned beef, chopped
    3 c. Hy-Vee shredded Swiss cheese
    1 (14 oz) can Hy-Vee sauerkraut, drained
    Hy-Vee multigrain crackers or party rye bread, for serving

    Directions

    1. Combine cubed cream cheese, sour cream, chopped corned beef, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 hours or until heated through and cheese has melted.
    2. Serve with crackers or party rye bread, if desired.
