Combine watermelon, cucumber, fennel or celery, and, if desired, agave nectar in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Strain mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve in ice-filled glasses. Garnish with cucumber slices, if desired.
