    5 c. fresh watermelon cubes (about 2 pounds)
    1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
    9 oz. silver or gold tequila
    3 oz. Cointreau or orange liqueur
    3 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
    Ice cubes, for serving
    Fresh cucumber slices, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Place watermelon cubes, cucumber pieces, tequila, Cointreau and lime juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour over ice, garnish with cucumber slices and serve immediately.
