1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped | ||
9 oz. silver or gold tequila | ||
3 oz. Cointreau or orange liqueur | ||
3 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice | ||
Ice cubes, for serving | ||
Fresh cucumber slices, for garnish |
Directions
- Place watermelon cubes, cucumber pieces, tequila, Cointreau and lime juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour over ice, garnish with cucumber slices and serve immediately.
