    8 c. cubed seedless watermelon with rind removed (2 lb. 14 oz.), plus small wedges for garnish
    1 (16-oz.) can Minute Maid strawberry aguas frescas
    8 oz. Hy-Vee reconstituted lime juice, plus additional for garnish
    2 oz. Full Circle Market organic light in color agave nectar
    12 oz. tequila blanco
    8 oz. Cointreau orange liqueur triple sec
    Tajín Clásico seasoning, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Place 8 cups cubed watermelon in a large blender. Cover and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve set over a bowl; discard mixture in sieve.

    2. Return strained watermelon juice to blender; add strawberry aguas frescas, 8 oz. lime juice and agave. Cover and blend until smooth.

    3. Pour mixture into a 14-cup pitcher with ice; stir in tequila and Cointreau. 

    4. To serve, place additional lime juice in a shallow dish. Place Tajín Clásico seasoning in another shallow dish. Dip the rims of 10 (12-oz.) glasses in lime juice, then in Tajín seasoning. Fill prepared glasses with ice and drink mixture. Garnish with watermelon wedges, if desired.
