    2 medium chunks seedless watermelon
    Juice from 1/2 a lime
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    2 oz. white rum
    Mint sprigs
    Ice cubes, as needed
    2 oz. club soda

    Directions

    1. In a cocktail glass, muddle watermelon, lime juice and sugar together. Add rum, fresh mint and a few ice cubes.
    2. Top mojito off with club soda.
