    1 ½ lbs. fingerling potatoes, thinly sliced
    ½ medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select chili-flavored olive oil
    ¼ tsp. sea salt
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee oregano

    Directions

    1. In large plastic bag, combine potatoes, onion, olive oil, salt and oregano and shake until well mixed.
    2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place potato mixture in 9-by-13-inch disposable foil pan.
    3. Grill, covered, 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and crispy, stirring occasionally.
