¼ c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. sage
½ tsp. black pepper
¼ tsp. thyme
1 c. finely chopped celery
2 tsp. grated onion

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions. Drain and fluff.
  2. Add melted butter, salt, sage, pepper, thyme, celery and onion.
  3. Stuff in fowl and roast.
