1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained | ||
1 (15 oz) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained | ||
2 c. cooked Uncle Ben's instant brown rice | ||
1 (11 oz) can Mexican corn with red peppers, drained | ||
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies | ||
1 medium red onion, chopped | ||
1 c. chopped celery | ||
1 c. Just 2 Good Italian salad dressing | ||
½ tsp. cracked black pepper | ||
½ tsp. Lawry's garlic powder |
Directions
- In a large bowl, stir together black beans, pinto beans, rice, corn, chilies, onion and celery.
- In a separate bowl, stir together dressing, pepper and garlic powder.
- Add to bean mixture and stir until coated. Cover and chill.
