Know someone who can’t get enough white chocolate and macadamia nut cookies? These cookies are loaded with white chocolate baking chips and chopped macadamia nuts.

1 package(s) (12-oz.) Hy-Vee creamy white baking chips | ||
1 package(s) (6.5-oz.) Hy-Vee macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped | ||
Zöet white chocolate bars, broken into pieces |

Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat butter, shortening and sugar until creamy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture, stirring until completely combined. Fold in baking chips and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until light golden brown around edges. Remove from oven and let stand on cookie sheet for 2 minutes before removing to wire rack. Place one piece of Zöet white chocolate bar pieces into center of each cookie; cool completely.
