Login Troubleshooting
If you are having trouble logging into your My Hy-Vee account, the top things to check are:
- Re-enter your login credentials to make sure your email address is correct and password is spelled correctly. Remember that passwords are case-sensitive.
- Password must be at least 8 characters long using three of the following: one number, one lowercase letter, one capital letter, or one special character such as !@#$%^.
- Cookies are required. Check your browser settings to make sure you are accepting cookies.
- Some firewalls (e.g., eTrust Personal Firewall) block you from logging in. Try disabling your firewall and logging in. If this works, your firewall is causing the issue.
- Clear your cache. Learn how to do that for any browser
