Directions
Create a divot in the center of each cupcake using the wide end of a piping tip. Fill a sandwich bag with marshmallow fluff and cut one bottom corner of the bag at a 45-degree angle. Carefully squeeze marshmallow fluff into the cupcakes until the divots are filled.
Make the Hershey's chocolate ganache: Break up five Hershey's bars into a large microwave-safe bowl and add a 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream. Microwave in 30-second increments until chocolate is melted.
Make the graham cracker moss: Place six Crav'n graham crackers in a large plastic bag and crush them into small pieces. Add several drops of green food coloring and mix well. Transfer the crushed graham cracker mixture to a shallow dish.
Dip the top of each cupcake into the chocolate ganache, then directly into the crushed graham cracker mixture.
Divide the frosting (from step one) evenly into two small bowls. Add red food coloring to the first bowl and yellow food coloring to the second bowl.
Assemble the piping bag with an open star piping tip. Fill the piping bag with red frosting, then layer yellow icing on top in the same bag.
Pipe flames onto each cupcake.
Place five pretzel sticks around flames in a tent shape.
Skewer mini marshmallows with a toothpick. Roast lightly using a lighter and stick into the flames of each cupcake.
