Description
This charcuterie platter is a tasty Christmas appetizer idea that suits all partygoers. Arrange charcuterie meats, cheeses and seasonal bites into an ornament-shape grazing board for a gorgeous display of flavors.
Directions
Working in a circle, place charcuterie board ingredients around the Brie. We used prosciutto, green olives, oatcake biscuits, crumbled aged Cheddar cheese, Marcona almonds, spiced pecans, Italian dry black pepper salami, apricot-seeded crisps and crumbled Gorgonzola.
Fill in gaps with smaller items like raspberries and pickled red peppers. Top the Brie bites with pomegranate arils.
Make a star shape by arranging slices of Cheddar and Manchego cheese on top of the other ingredients.
Garnish with rosemary sprigs around the perimeter of the board.
