2 tbsp. minced garlic | ||
2 tbsp. Cajun's Choice blackened seasoning | ||
1 tsp. lemon zest | ||
2 tbsp. lemon juice | ||
white vermouth | ||
4 (6 oz to 8 oz each) boneless, skinless salmon fillets | ||
2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish |
Directions
- Combine mayonnaise, garlic, blackened seasoning, lemon zest, lemon juice and vermouth for use as a baste.
- Thoroughly coat both sides of the salmon fillets with the basting sauce.
- Place salmon skin-side-up on the grill.
- Cook over medium-high heat, brushing often with baste.
- Cook approximately 4 minutes per side, turning salmon once, until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F. or salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with cilantro.
