    1 ½ oz. Espolon tequila
    ½ lemon, juiced
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee honey
    2 oz. ginger beer

    Directions

    1. Place apple slices, tequila, lemon juice, cinnamon, and honey into a cocktail shaker. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to muddle ingredients together.

    2. Add ice to cocktail shaker; cover and shake until chilled. Strain into an ice-filled cocktail glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with an apple slice, if desired.
