    1 carrot, julienned
    1 green onion, sliced
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee roasted, unsalted peanuts, chopped
    3 tbsp. Asian sesame salad dressing

    • Charcoal or gas grill
    • Large bowl

    Directions

    1. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill with greased grill grates for direct cooking over medium-high heat (375 degrees). 

    2. Grill skewers for 10 to 12 minutes or until medium-rare (125 degrees), turning halfway through. Remove from grill; cover and let stand 5 minutes. 

    3. For slaw: combine carrot, green onion, peanuts, and salad dressing; toss. Serve with tuna skewers.
