1 (16 oz) package Hy-Vee penne rigate | ||
1 lbs. lean ground beef | ||
1 (26 oz) jar Hy-Vee traditional pasta sauce | ||
Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese, optional |
Directions
- Prepare penne according to package directions. Drain well and set aside.
- Meanwhile, brown ground beef. Drain and return to pan. Stir in pasta sauce. Bring to a simmer and stir in cooked pasta.
- Transfer to a well-greased, 2-quart casserole dish. If desired, sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
