    1 (16 oz) package Hy-Vee penne rigate
    1 lbs. lean ground beef
    1 (26 oz) jar Hy-Vee traditional pasta sauce
    Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese, optional

    Directions

    1. Prepare penne according to package directions. Drain well and set aside.
    2. Meanwhile, brown ground beef. Drain and return to pan. Stir in pasta sauce. Bring to a simmer and stir in cooked pasta.
    3. Transfer to a well-greased, 2-quart casserole dish. If desired, sprinkle with cheese.
    4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
