1 (6.5 oz) pkg Hy-Vee pizza crust mix | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee pizza sauce | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee red kidney beans, drained and rinsed | ||
1 (4 oz) can Hy-Vee pieces and stems mushrooms, drained | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee finely shredded mozzarella cheese |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Prepare pizza crust mix according to package directions.
- Roll crust to 1/8-inch thickness. Shape into a square, rectangle or circle and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Layer pizza sauce, beans, mushrooms and cheese on one half of the crust.
- Fold over crust to cover filling. Seal by slightly rolling edges together.
- Bake for 16 to 18 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
- Slice and serve warm.
