2 tbsp. Hy-Vee yellow mustard | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee apple cider vinegar | ||
¼ c. chopped onion | ||
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper | ||
1 ¼ c. Hy-Vee cola | ||
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee black beans, drained and rinsed | ||
1 (15 oz) Hy-Vee red beans, drained and rinsed | ||
1 (16 oz) Hy-Vee pinto beans, drained and rinsed | ||
½ c. diced smoked sausage |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine ketchup, mustard, vinegar, onion, cayenne pepper and black pepper. Stir in cola.
- Stir in beans into cola mixture. Transfer to a greased 8-by-8-inch baking dish. Top with diced sausage.
- Bake 50 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
