    1 (6 oz) can Hy-Vee tomato paste
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    1 ½ tsp. Mrs. Dash Original Blend seasoning
    1 ¼ lbs. 85%-lean ground beef
    ¾ c. 2%-milk shredded cheddar cheese
    6 iceberg lettuce leaves
    6 tomato slices
    6 light hamburger buns, split

    Directions

    1. In a large mixing bowl, combine tomato paste, salt, Original Blend seasoning and ground beef. Mix well.
    2. Shape into 6 patties. Place on a greased broiler pan.
    3. Broil 10 to 12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Sprinkle with cheese; broil another minute to melt cheese.
    4. Serve with lettuce and tomato on buns.
