1 (6 oz) can Hy-Vee tomato paste | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
1 ½ tsp. Mrs. Dash Original Blend seasoning | ||
1 ¼ lbs. 85%-lean ground beef | ||
¾ c. 2%-milk shredded cheddar cheese | ||
6 iceberg lettuce leaves | ||
6 tomato slices | ||
6 light hamburger buns, split |
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine tomato paste, salt, Original Blend seasoning and ground beef. Mix well.
- Shape into 6 patties. Place on a greased broiler pan.
- Broil 10 to 12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Sprinkle with cheese; broil another minute to melt cheese.
- Serve with lettuce and tomato on buns.
