1 (18.25 oz) pkg Hy-Vee blueberry muffin mix | ||
1 Hy-Vee egg | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee milk | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee chopped walnuts |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Drain blueberries; rinse and set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl, stir together egg and milk. Stir in muffin mix, nuts and blueberries. Pour into a greased 8-1/2-by-4-1/2-by-2-1/2-inch loaf pan.
- Bake 50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool slightly before removing from pan.
- Cool thoroughly before slicing.
