    1 (18.25 oz) pkg Hy-Vee blueberry muffin mix
    1 Hy-Vee egg
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee milk
    ½ c. Hy-Vee chopped walnuts

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Drain blueberries; rinse and set aside.
    3. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together egg and milk. Stir in muffin mix, nuts and blueberries. Pour into a greased 8-1/2-by-4-1/2-by-2-1/2-inch loaf pan.
    4. Bake 50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
    5. Cool slightly before removing from pan.
    6. Cool thoroughly before slicing.
