Bratwurst Cheese Soup

4 c. milk | ||
8 oz. smoked bratwurst, sliced | ||
8 oz. cheese, cubed |
Directions
- Melt margarine in a large saucepan. Add carrots and celery. Cook until tender, stirring continuously.
- Stir in flour and pepper.
- Add milk and bratwurst.
- Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
- Add cheese and cook for another minute, stirring constantly.
- Serve after cheese melts.
