2 tbsp. purchased gourmet burger seasoning | ||
Fresh Tarragon Butter | ||
6 Hy-Vee Bakery sesame buns, split | ||
3 tbsp. Hy-Vee select olive oil |
Directions
- Combine ground beef with burger seasoning. Shape meat mixture into 12 thin patties. Slice Fresh Tarragon Butter into 12 slices. Place 6 slices of butter on half of the patties. Top with remaining patties; press edges to seal.
- Preheat grill for direct cooking to medium heat.
- Grill burgers for 18 to 23 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees, turning once halfway through grilling. Top with remaining 6 slices of butter during the last minute of grilling time.
- Brush cut sides of buns with olive oil. Grill, cut side down, during the last minute of grilling. Serve burgers on buns.
