1 ½ lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves | ||
1 ½ tbsp. Mrs. Dash classic Italiano seasoning blend | ||
¾ c. chopped green bell pepper | ||
¾ c. sliced fresh mushrooms | ||
1 (14.5 oz) can pasta-ready tomatoes, undrained | ||
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley | ||
½ c. shredded Mozzarella cheese |
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and brown.
- Add Mrs. Dash seasoning, bell pepper, mushrooms, tomatoes and parsley.
- Simmer, uncovered, for 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is done.
- Sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately.
