2 to 3 tbsp olive oil | ||
2 tbsp. minced garlic | ||
1 bunch(es) green onions, chopped | ||
1 (12 oz) bottle beer | ||
1 tbsp. packed brown sugar | ||
1 orange | ||
1 lemon | ||

¼ c. teriyaki sauce | ||
1 tbsp. fresh chopped tarragon | ||
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley | ||
1 lbs. chicken breasts |
Directions
- Heat olive oil in skillet and sauté garlic and green onions until translucent. Add beer, brown sugar, juice from 1 orange, juice from 1 lemon, juice from 1 lime and teriyaki sauce.
- Simmer for 2 minutes, remove from heat and set aside to cool before using. Add fresh tarragon and parsley before brushing on meat.
- Add chicken; marinate for about 45 minutes. Remove chicken from marinade; discarding marinade.
- Grill until chicken reaches 165 degrees.
